New Harmony™ Elm

(Ulmus americana ‘New Harmony’)

This cultivar of American elm has good levels of tolerance to Dutch elm disease. It is tolerant of drought, road salt, and air pollution. Like other elms, it benefits greatly from structural pruning when young to develop good form. It can become quite large so be sure to plant it in an area that has sufficient room for it to thrive.
